September 1st 2016, at 6pm Íris Rós Söring opens an exhibition with selected works of art on behalf of the Reykjanes Art Museum in Duus Museum.
Íris was born and raised in Keflavík, but is currently based in Kópavogur. She studied at the school of Dupont in Copenhagen and Århus Kunstakademi in Denmark.
In her first solo exhibition ‘My own earth‘, she presents sculptures and paintings. The art works are all mixed media; photography, embroidery, acrylic paint and ceramic materials.
