On the occasion of the Night of Lights festival Elínrós Blomquist Eyjólfsdóttir opens her exhibition “A sea of flowers” in the Movie Hall in Duus Museum Thursday September 1st at 6pm.
In the exhibition, which will partly be a retrospective of her work, you can see paintings, drawings and sketches, porcelain and jewelry. Some of the works are very large oil paintings that were on display in Hof in Akureyri earlier this year but there are also smaller works and landscape art. The curater is the artist Gunnhildur Þórðardóttir.
